Ingredients:
- 2 cups shelled sea spiders(crab). Good luck not eating it all
- 2 tablespoons of Mayo
- 2 chopped green onions
- Lemon juice
- Slap yo mamma seasoning to taste
- Old Bay seasoning to taste
- 12 oz whipped cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Mexican style cheese
- 1/2 cup queso fresco
- 1/4 cup Parmesan
- 1 jalapeño to taste
- 1 roasted and peeled Anaheim pepper
- 6 oz drained and chopped artichoke hearts
Directions:
- Make simple crab salad: Combine Mayo, chopped green onion, lemon juice, Slap Yo Mamma, Old Bay.
- Roast Anaheim and jalapeño pepper: Coat in olive oil and char on grill. Place charred pepper in plastic bag. Remove and dispose of skin, stem and seeds. Chop into small pieces.
- Mix Crab salad, chopped roasted Anaheim and jalapeño peppers, cream cheese, shredded cheese, queso fresco, and chopped artichokes.
- Pour mixture into 6″ cast iron pan and top with Parmesan cheese.
- Put in 400 degree BBQ (or oven) for 10 min or until the top turns golden brown.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes and enjoy!
