Ingredients:
- 4 Strips of diced bacon
- 1 chopped zucchini
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 3 chopped green onions
- 2 cups white rice (Cooked)
- 2 cups, shredded salmon (Cooked)
- 4 Tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Table spoon Garlic Chili Paste
- Furikaki
- VIP Salsa Verde
- 2 Tablespoons oil
- 2 eggs
Directions:
- Chop all veggies into small pieces. You all have had fried rice before, you know how small. Set aside.
- Shred left over salmon and put to the side.
- Render bacon in cast iron skillet to about 75% done. It will continue to render and cook while other ingredients are added.
- Stir in vegetables and cook until el dente. Add salmon and rice.
- Pour in Soy Sauce, Chile paste and teriyaki.
- Finally pour in oil on the side and fry a couple of eggs. Mix all together.
- Serve in a bowl, top with Furikaki, and VIP Salsa Verde.
