- 1 fully ripened pineapple/ 3 ripened mangos
- 2 garlic cloves
- ¼ of a medium red onion
- 1 lime
- 1 Serrano pepper
- hand full of cilantro
- Olive Oil
- Dice onion, garlic gloves, serrano, cilantro into small pieces. Squeeze in ½ lime. When it comes to the serrano, put as much or as little as you would like. Serrano is a late heat that sneaks up on you. If you like the flavor but not the heat, remove the seeds and ribs and question your manhood. - Remove exterior skin of pineapple/mango. Shave flesh from core. Coat pineapple/mango with olive oil and place on the grill. Grill both sides evenly until you have nice grill marks.
