VIP Salmon Fried Rice


  • 4 Strips of diced bacon
  • 1 chopped zucchini
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 3 chopped green onions
  • 2 cups white rice (Cooked)
  • 2 cups, shredded salmon (Cooked)
  • 4 Tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 Table spoon Garlic Chili Paste
  • Furikaki
  • VIP Salsa Verde
  • 2 Tablespoons oil
  • 2 eggs


  • Chop all veggies into small pieces. You all have had fried rice before, you know how small. Set aside.
  • Shred left over salmon and put to the side.
  • Render bacon in cast iron skillet to about 75% done. It will continue to render and cook while other ingredients are added.
  • Stir in vegetables and cook until el dente. Add salmon and rice.
  • Pour in Soy Sauce, Chile paste and teriyaki.
  • Finally pour in oil on the side and fry a couple of eggs. Mix all together.
  • Serve in a bowl, top with Furikaki, and VIP Salsa Verde.
